Question by Tom: Anybody know the regulations in North America for fishing with a net?
Including Canada,USA Mexico,Central America.Anybody from those countries know the legality or permit costs for fishing with a small net, not a commericial size-but big enough to catch a haul of fish.I would like to learn how to fish this way-so where is it legal? I am talking salt water fishing.Please send along any info that might be helpful.

I’m from Wisconsin and the last time I checked you need a fishing license..lol. Check out this website… It will give you an idea of what you need.

Question by Conor: North Carolina Trout Fishing Regulations?
In Avery County, North Carolina, what are the trout fishing regulations? I tried to call but they are already closed and will not open again until Monday. I am talking about public rivers and streams. Can you use live bait? Do you have to use flies? Can you use a spinning reel? Catch and Release is not a worry for me because I release regardless of being able to keep or not. Thank you.

I am wondering as i would like to try shark fishing sometime, i am an adrenaline junky and i love to take on the biggest and the best challenges i can get.
